TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Article 1

INTRODUCTION


These Terms and Conditions establish the rights and obligations of the Participants, as well as rights, duties and responsibilities of the Organizer as the provider of the service. By registering for the event the Participant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.


Article 2

DEFINITIONS


For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, concepts mean:

1. Organizer – service provider: Daniel Dryzek Consulting, based in Warsaw, ul. Wiolinowa 7 / 94;

2. Participant – an individual adult having full capacity to act who, by registering, gained access to the services offered by the Organizer;

3. Meeting – MeetDomainers meeting on October 14, 2011 at the Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw, Poland and other places designated by the Organizer;

4. Meeting’s website – www.meetdomainers.eu;

5. Registration – completing the registration form, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions on the meeting’s website and payment of the registration fee in accordance with rates set on the meeting’s website;

6. Registration fee – the amount of money in accordance with rates set on the meeting’s website. Payment must be done not later than 5 days after the date of registration for the meeting. If the payment is received later different fee and type of pass may apply. The fee is non-refundable.


Article 3

TERMS OF COOPERATION


1. Participation in the meeting is granted for the Participant who:
a. competed the registration form
b. made the payment in accordance with Point 6 Article 2

2. The Participant authorizes the Organizer to issue VAT invoices without the signature of the recipient.

3. The Participant is required to pay the fee not later than 5 days after the date of registration, by which he secures himself a place at the meeting.

4. The Participant states that all personal data submitted to the Organizer is complete and up to date.

5. By accepting of these Terms and Conditions the Participant states that:

- he/she familiarise himself/herself with these Terms and Conditions and agrees to all its provisions,

- he/she voluntarily agrees to use the services of the Organizer,

- his/her personal data contained in the application form is true,

- he/she gives permission to the Organizer to process his/her personal data for the purposes set out in Article 4,

- he/she gives permission to the Organizer to process his/her image for marketing and promotional purposes of the meeting,

- he/she gives permission to the Organizer to use his/her presentation on the meeting’s website (if applicable).

6. The Organizer is committed to the operation of the service in accordance with the terms presented on the meeting’s website.

7. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the meeting without giving a reason. In the event of cancellation the Organizer is obliged to refund the full amount of the registration fee within 7 days from the date of cancellation. The refunds will be made in the same way they were received.

8. The total liability of the Organizer shall not exceed the cost of participation in the meeting.


ARTICLE 4

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY


1. At the time of registration the Participant agrees that his/her personal data will be used by the Organizer for the purposes of the event.

2. The Organizer will use personal data of the Participants in accordance with the provisions of the Law of August 29th,1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No 101, pos. 926, as amended.).

3. Personal data and information contained in the registration form will be used by the Organizer to issue an invoice for the service, contact, newsletter as well as for marketing and promotional purposes.

4. The Organizer is obliged not to share personal information of the Participants, except in cases specified by law.
